NOTE: MSc students have to show their student card when they register at the conference registration desk and probably share rooms with fellow students.
 
If you want to share room, please mention this at "Other requests" at the registration form. No reduction will be given on shared rooms.
 
In Hotel Zuiderduin all rooms have either double or twin beds and all hotel rooms have a shower or bath. All rooms have internet connection. The hotel restaurant is prepared to accommodate special dietary requests. Other facilities in the hotel are indoor pool, sauna, squash court, beauty parlour, hairdresser, fitness centre, bistro pub.
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made before December 25, 2016 will receive a full refund. 
Cancellations made between December 25, 2016 and January 15, 2017 will receive a full refund, less a € 100,- administration fee. 
No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2017. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
